Salsa Chicken


1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1/2 cup salsa

2 pounds sliced chicken


Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.

Note: When I made it, I only used 1 cup brown sugar - the sauce was thinner, but still good. My friend Tiffany changes this recipe to use 2 pounds pork loin and puts it in the crockpot with the salsa and brown sugar for eight hours and then shreds it. She eats it over rice, or on a bun. Enjoy!
