1 lb. shrimp (cut in half, or bite size pieces)
1/2-3/4 lb penne pasta
butter
olive oil
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 cup cream
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
fresh parsley
fresh basil
salt and pepper
Cook the pasta
Clean shrimp
Heat 1 Tbsp. butter and olive oil in skillet. Cook shrimp until just done. Remove.
Heat 2 Tbsp butter and olive oil. Cook onion and garlic
Add chicken stock, simmer
Add tomato sauce, stir till combined
Add cream. Stir
Chop herbs, about a Tbsp of each.
Add cooked shrimp. Stir. Salt and Pepper to taste
Add parmesan cheese. Stir
Add pasta.
