Shrimp & Tomato Pasta


I sort of made this one up. It's similar to the alfredo sauce, except no butter.

I melted 8 oz. cream cheese and added half-and-half until the sauce was thick and creamy, then I added: 1 tsp. dry basil, 2 roma tomatoes, chopped, 2 handfuls of cooked shrimp and 1 breast of chicken, cooked and chopped (it was in my frig so I threw it in.) I poured this over a pkg of cooked fettuchini pasta. Dinner was on the table in 15 minutes! No kidding!!
