Cornmeal Pizza Crust

This is Becky's recipe, and has become one or our family's favorites.

1/3 cup cornmeal
1 1/2 cup flour
1 pkg dry yeast (quick)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup very warm water
1/4 cup olive oil

Combine ingredients. I use my large mixer, and let the dough rest while I prepare my toppings. Spray pan, sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. cornmeal if desired. Roll out dough and assemble pizza with your favorite toppings.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

I have searched and searched for a pizza tomato sauce I like. I've decided that what I really like is a garlic, alfredo-type sauce, like what you get at that Take-n-Bake pizza chain. So, now I buy a bottled sauce and use it for my pizza.

This is a pepperoni and mushroom pizza
